Clipper Logistics plc ("Clipper" or "the Company"), a leading provider of value-added logistics solutions, e-fulfilment and returns management services to the retail sector, announces that its Senior Independent Director Ronald Series will step down from the Board with effect from 7 November 2018, due to a conflict arising in relation to certain new contracts and business developments within Clipper.

Ronald Series said: "I am disappointed at having to step down at this stage of the Company's development, but I wish Clipper all the very best in the future."

Steve Parkin, Executive Chairman of Clipper said: "On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Ron for his commitment, guidance and contribution to the development of Clipper since our IPO in 2014. We will update the market on a replacement Senior Independent Director in due course."
