He will join the Headlamboard with effect from 10 March 2006 at which time he will also be appointed tothe Nominations, Audit and Remuneration Committees. Mike is 53 and has an honours degree in Chemistry from Birmingham University.His early career was spent in general management in manufacturing. He joinedMisys in 1986 and helped to float that company and grow it substantially over afourteen year period. More recently, he has served as Chief Executive Officer atboth Marlborough Stirling plc and West Bromwich Albion plc.
