Egg PLC05 October 2005 Egg plc Board Changes at Egg plc For Immediate Release 5th October 2005 Egg plc ("Egg") announces that Sir Derek Higgs has resigned from his role at Eggas Non Executive Director, with immediate effect, in the light of hisforthcoming appointment as Chairman of Alliance & Leicester plc. Roberto Mendoza, Chairman of Egg, commented: "We are sorry to see Derek leave Egg after five years of serving the company,and the Board, with distinction.
