Croma Group PLC10 August 2007 10 August 2007 CROMA GROUP PLC ("Croma" or "the Group") FURTHER RE BOARD CHANGE Following the statement made by the Company on 11 June 2007, the Board announcesthat David Bretel has now stepped down from the PLC Board of Croma to take upthe aforementioned appointment as Managing Director of Croma Defence SystemsLimited, incorporating Croma Shawley, the Group's expanding CCTV operation. The Board both remains focused on actively seeking a suitable replacement andwishes David well in his new role within the Group. Commenting, John French, Non-Executive Chairman, said: "In the opinion of theBoard, the operational reorganisation within the Group is expected to provideopportunities to reduce operating costs moving forward.
