18 November 2014 Candover* Investments plc: Changes to Board Composition Candover announces that Lord Jay of Ewelme GCMG, Non-Executive Director of theCompany, will step down from the Board with effect from 31 December 2014. Candover's Chairman's, Richard Stone, said, "Lord Jay has made an enormouscontribution to the Board since 2008 as Senior Independent Director andChairman of the Nominations Committee. On behalf of the Board, I would like totake this opportunity thank him for his valuable guidance and support throughsome of the most challenging times the Company has faced." As the Company's strategy is to secure an orderly realisation of itsinvestments, there are no current or future plans to replace Lord Jay on theBoard. Jan Oosterveld, Non-Executive Director, will therefore assume the roleof Senior Independent Director and Chairman of the Nominations Committee.
