Future PLC07 February 2006 7 February 2006 FUTURE PLC BOARD CHANGE The Board of Future plc has accepted the resignation of Lisa Gordon as a nonexecutive director, effective from today. Lisa has completed her three year termand was a member of both the remuneration and audit committees. Roger Parry, Chairman of Future plc, comments: "Lisa has done an excellent jobfor the shareholders of Future and I want to thank her both for the enormousamount of time she put into the role and for her dedication and professionalism.She has made a real and lasting contribution to the Company."
