Gold Bullion Securities Limited (the "Issuer") wishes to announce that Stuart Bell has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Issuer, with effect from 28 October 2019. Stuart's biography is set out below.

Stuart Bell - Non-Executive Director

Stuart Bell is a director of ManJer and HoldCo. Mr Bell is also a non-executive director of the Issuer and WisdomTree Hedged Commodity Securities Limited, WisdomTree Metal Securities Limited, WisdomTree Foreign Exchange Limited, WisdomTree Hedged Metal Securities Limited, WisdomTree Oil Securities Limited, WisdomTree Commodity Securities Limited and WisdomTree Issuer X Limited. Since January 2018, Mr Bell has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of WisdomTree Investments, Inc., an exchange traded fund and exchange traded product sponsor and asset manager. From September 2007 to January 2018, Mr Bell held a number of positions at WisdomTree, including Director of International Business and Director of Corporate Communications and Investor Relations. Prior to joining WisdomTree, Mr Bell was an account executive at Sloane & Company from June 2006 to July 2007. Mr Bell received his B.A. in History with university honours from Trinity College, Hartford, Connecticut.
