Cobham plc - Directorate Change

Cobham plc announces that Mark Ronald, an independent Non-executive Director of the Company since 2007, has stepped down from the Board following the conclusion of the Company's 2016 Annual General Meeting.

Following Mark's departure from the Board and the Remuneration Committee, Mike Wareing, a current independent Non-executive Director, has moved from the Audit Committee to the Remuneration Committee, with immediate effect.
