Ormonde Mining PLC27 May 2005 Ormonde Mining plc Resignation of Director Ormonde Mining plc ("Ormonde" or the "Company") advises that Mr. Colin Andrew, aNon-Executive Director of the Company and former Chairman, has resigned from theBoard. The Board of Ormonde extends its sincere thanks to Mr. Andrew for hisrole in the restructuring of the Company in 2001 and for his contributions tothe development of the Company since then.
