Appointment of new Chief Executive Officer and change in Directors' duties
The board of Styles & Wood Group plc ("Styles & Wood" or the "Company") announces the appointment of Ivan Mc Keever to the position of Chief Executive Officer with effect from 2 June 2008. Ivan joined the business in 2002 and currently is Managing Director of Styles & Wood Limited.
Neil Davies has decided to stand down from executive duties with the Company and will move to Non Executive Director to support Ivan with the transition into his new role as Chief Executive Officer.
In addition Gerard Quiligotti is moving to Non Executive Chairman. Gerard and Neil will remain in these non executive positions until 31 December 2008 or until a suitable successor as Non Executive Chairman is found, whichever is sooner.
Graham Clark will continue in his role as Group Finance Director.
