Board change
The Board has accepted Adrian Carey's resignation as a Non Executive Director with effect from 30 July. Adrian has been a Non Executive Director of The Corporate Services Group, and latterly Impellam, since February 2007. The Board wish to place on record their thanks to Adrian and wish him well in the future.
Impellam continues to follow the recommendation on corporate governance of the Quoted Companies Alliance.
