DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Ted Baker Plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that Lindsay Page has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer with effect from 8 July 2014, in addition to his role as Group Finance Director.

Charles Anderson has been appointed as Finance Director of the Company's subsidiaries, in addition to his role as Company Secretary of the Company.

David Bernstein CBE, Non-Executive Chairman, commented: "We are pleased to announce these promotions, which will support Ted Baker as we continue to develop the brand globally."
