Northacre PLC08 December 2005 NORTHACRE PLC ("the company") Announcement - Directorate Change Board Changes The Board of Northacre announces the departure of Shemeel Khan as Non-ExecutiveDirector with effect from 5th December 2005. Shemeel Khan has been a non-executive director since 2003. The Board is grateful to him for his time andsupport over the last 2 years. The Board of Northacre also announces the appointment of Brian Harris MRICS (62)as Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. Mr Harris, whose background isin Cost and Project Management, has previously worked as a consultant on anumber of Northacre schemes. Under Rule 17 of the AIM Rules, the company makes the following disclosuresfollowing the appointment of Mr Harris to the Board. Mr Harris currently has no other directorships. He was a director in the pastfive years of EC Harris Services Limited. There are no other matters under Schedule 2 paragraph (g) to be announced.
