DIRECTORATE CHANGE
Lamprell announces that the Board has appointed Debra Valentine as the new Senior Independent Director, replacing Ellis Armstrong. Ms. Valentine has been an independent Non-executive Director since 1 September 2015. As previously announced, Dr. Armstrong decided not to stand for re-election as a Director at the 2018 Annual General Meeting.

Lamprell PLC, based in the United Arab Emirates ("UAE") and with over 40 years' experience, is a leading provider of fabrication, engineering and contracting services to the offshore and onshore oil & gas and renewable energy industries.
