6 September 2017 Arricano Real Estate plc ("Arricano" or the "Company") Directorate Change Arricano (AIM: ARO) announces that Rupert Cottrell, Independent Non-executive Chairman will be stepping down from the Board of Arricano to pursue other business interests with effect from 30 September 2017.
Philip Scales, Independent Non-executive Director, will assume the position of Interim Independent Non-executive Chairman with effect from 30 September 2017. The Board will shortly commence a search for a successor to Mr Cottrell and will make a further announcement regarding this appointment in due course.
Commenting on the Board change, Mikhail Merkulov, Chief Executive of the Company, said:
"The Board would like to thank Rupert for his valuable contribution since the Company's admission to AIM in September 2013. We are grateful for all that he has done and wish him well with his future endeavours."
