Harvey Nash Group plc confirms appointment of Mark Garratt as Group Finance Director
Following the announcement on 9 March 2017, Harvey Nash Group plc (the "Company"), is pleased to confirm that Mark Garratt assumed the role of Group Finance Director today, 27 April 2017.
The Company also confirms that Richard Ashcroft has stepped down as Group Finance Director today.
There is no information required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules in respect of Mark Garratt.
