Appointment of Chief Executive Officer to the Board

Anchor Hanover Group (the Issuer) £450,000,000 2 per cent Secured Sustainability Bonds due 2051 (ISIN XS2349738190).

In November 2025, the Issuer announced the appointment of Rachael Shimmin as Chief Executive Officer. The Issuer is pleased to confirm that Rachael commenced her appointment on 19 January 2026 and was appointed to the Board on 20 January.

Anchor operates a unitary board structure with nine Non-executive Directors and two Executive Directors, being the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Financial Officer.
