Board Changes
As detailed in the earlier announcement in respect of the Company's Interim Results for the six month period ended 30 June 2010, Paul Roy who has been a Non-executive Director of the Company since it commenced trading in April 2005 will step down from the Board with immediate effect.
The Board would like to express its gratitude and appreciation to Paul for his contribution to the Company over the past five years and to wish him well in the future.
