He workedprincipally in the firm's corporate department, working on a broad range of M&Atransactions, privatisations and several financings, specialising particularlyin public and private M&A and joint ventures. He also spent 7 years working inNew York on banking and finance transactions in the US, Canada and LatinAmerica. He has acted as the Principal Legal Advisor to several FTSE 100companies, as well advising a number of major financial institutions. Anthony is currently a non-executive Director of Smiths News plc, Chairman ofTrustees of Changing Faces, a Trustee of Adventure Capital Fund and a Governorof Haberdashers' Aske's Hatcham College Trust.
