Board Changes

TPS, the innovative electrical machines and electronic systems provider, announces that Mr Rodrigo Braga, has resigned as a Director of the Company with immediate effect, after leaving his position with Vale Soluções em Energia, the parent company of TAO Sustainable Power Solutions (UK) Limited, the Company's majority shareholder.

The Board would like to thank Mr Braga for his significant contribution to the Company over the last three years, particularly as Interim Chairman.

TAO Sustainable Power Solutions (UK) Limited intends to nominate a replacement director and further announcements will be made in due course.
