Board Change

Cambian Group plc ("Cambian") announces that Andrew Griffith, Chief Financial Officer, will stand down from the Board of Cambian and leave the Company after the announcement of its 2015 full year results in March 2016. Andrew Griffith joined the Company prior to Cambian listing on the London Stock Exchange in 2014. A search to find a successor is underway and an announcement will be made in due course.

Christopher Kemball, Non-Executive Chairman, said: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Andrew for his commitment and hard work over the past two years, particularly in accomplishing last year's IPO, and we wish him well for the future."
