Resignation of Director

All Asia Asset Capital Limited (AIM: AAA), an investment company focused on investing in the growing markets of the Asia Pacific region, announces that Dr. Sri Hartati Kurniawan advised the Board of AAA, on 19 June 2015, of her intention to step down as an executive director and chief executive officer of the Company at the conclusion of the forthcoming annual general meeting of the Company (the "AGM") to pursue other interests. The AGM is expected to be convened shortly and held towards the end of July 2015.

The Company has initiated the search for a successor and Dr. Kurniawan has agreed to serve as a consultant for the Company on project basis as needed.

Robert Berkeley, Chairman of the Board said: "My fellow directors and I would like to extend our gratitude to Dr. Kurniawan for her diligence, commitment and contribution to the development of the Company during her tenure of office. Her expertise and insight during her service on the Board have been greatly valued and we wish her the best for her future endeavours."
