Royal Dutch Shell plc announces the following changesto the membership of its Board Committees: AUDIT COMMITTEEEuleen Goh, a Non-executive Director with effect from September 1, 2014, hasbeen appointed a member of the Audit Committee with effect from this date. CORPORATE AND SOCIAL REPONSIBILITY COMMITTEEPatricia A. Woertz, a Non-executive Director with effect from June 1, 2014, hasbeen appointed a member of the Corporate and Responsibility Committee witheffect from this date. NOMINATION AND SUCESSION COMMITTEEGuy Elliott, a Non-executive Director, has been appointed a member of theNomination and Succession Committee with effect from May 21, 2014. REMUNERATION COMMITTEEGerard Kleisterlee, a Non-executive Director, has been appointed Chairman ofthe Remuneration Committee in succession to Hans Wijers, Deputy Chairman andSenior Independent Director, with effect from May 21, 2014.
