It was announced on 17 March 2014 that Michael Wilson will cease to be a Director of Jupiter Fund Management plc today, 21 May 2014. In accordance with section 430 (2B) of the Companies Act 2006, the Company confirms that Michael Wilson did not receive remuneration as a Director of the Company and does not receive any compensation for loss of office.
