Original Investments PLC11 September 2006 ORIGINAL INVESTMENTS PLC ("Original Investments" or the "Company") Board Change The Company announces that Dr. John Broome, who is 75 and lives on the eastcoast of America, has resigned as a director of Original Investments. Dr Broomewill also resign as a director of ViaLogy Corp. Inc. ("ViaLogy"), a technologycompany, based on the west coast of America, in which Original Investments has a38.98 per cent. investment. Commenting on his resignation, Jim Slater, Chairman,said "John has been closely involved with the Company since its initialinvestment in ViaLogy and provided scientific guidance and oversight. Althoughhe steps down from the Board with immediate effect, the Company will continue tobenefit from his wide experience as he will be joining ViaLogy's ScientificAdvisory Board."
