Change in Management

Turbo Power Systems, the innovative power generation and conditioning equipment supplier, announces that Paul Summers has resigned as Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company effective 1 October 2010. Mr. Summers has also resigned as the Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company's wholly-owned UK subsidiary, Turbo Power Systems Limited ("TPSL").

The board of directors of the Company is pleased to announce that Jim Vickerman, a director of the Company and of TPSL, will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer of the Company and of TPSL on an interim basis. Mr. Vickerman has a strong engineering systems and business management background having held senior positions within Vickers plc and Rolls-Royce plc until December 2009.

The board of directors of the Company would like to thank Mr. Summers for his significant contribution to the development of the business during his tenure and wish him every success in his future endeavours.
