Appointment of Non-Executive Director

 

Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC announces the appointment of Joanna Hall to its Board as a Non-Executive Director. She joins with effect from 16 June 2021 and will sit on the Remuneration and Nomination committees.

She is currently a Non-Executive director of the Chorley and District Building Society and was previously interim Marketing and Innovation Director at AXA Health and a director at Evaristo Ltd and North Highland Worldwide Consulting. She is Chartered Institute of Marketing qualified and digital marketing certified with over 30 years' experience in financial services covering business and distribution strategy, proposition development and associated go-to-market activities.

Toby Strauss, Chairman of the Company, said "I am very pleased to welcome Joanna to the Board. She brings great commercial, digital and financial services experience and we look forward to working with her."
