Mitie Group plc (the "Company") - Crawford Gillies to step down as Non-Executive Director

Mitie Group Plc announces that Crawford Gillies has advised the Board that he will step down as a Non-Executive Director of the Company at the next Annual General Meeting. He will not be putting himself forward for re-election, due to additional board responsibilities he has elsewhere.

Crawford joined Mitie Group Plc in July 2012 as Non-Executive Director and took on the role of Chairman of the Remuneration Committee from November 2013 to October 2014.

The Board is undertaking a search for Mr Gillies' replacement.
