John, 42, has extensive strategic and hands-on financial management experiencein medium and large-scale international companies. His previous experienceincludes strategic financial management in the quoted Rio Tinto subsidiary Coal& Allied, Senior Finance Executive roles in the construction industry and ThePeanut Company of Australia, audit management with KPMG and Financial Controllerfor Australian Magnesium Corporation. John is currently the sole Director ofReektham Pty Ltd, an accounting consulting company, and was a Director ofStuneap Pty Ltd (the UK subsidiary of The Peanut Company of Australia). He hasworked in the UK and Australia and has expertise in US accounting and taxissues. The previous Finance Director Rodger Sargent is stepping down to become aNon-executive Director.
