Parkmead Group (The) PLC29 June 2007 29 June 2007 The Parkmead Group plc ("Parkmead" or the "Group") Directorate Change The Board of Parkmead wishes to announce that Mr Ian Taylor and Mr David Millswill be stepping down from the Board of Parkmead with immediate effect. Commenting, Chief Executive of the Group, Niall Doran, said: "Ian's contribution to the Group has been immense, in particular over the pastyear in our period of restructuring. With the restructuring complete he hasdecided to focus on his political and other business interests. I should liketo take this opportunity of wishing him every success. David Mills joined the Board of the Group following the acquisition of QuaysideCorporate Services Limited. David is now stepping down from the Group Board toconcentrate on business development in Quayside."
