Provalis PLC07 March 2006 Provalis plc Board and management changes The Board of Provalis plc (LSE: PRO) has appointed Mr Lee Greenbury, Provalis'Company Secretary and Group Legal Adviser, as an executive director. Lee Greenbury, 42, joined Provalis as Group Legal Adviser in July 1998. Hebecame Company Secretary in November 1998, and subsequently took on theadditional role of Director of Corporate Affairs. Mr Greenbury joined Provalisfrom The Boots Company plc where he was commercial legal adviser. Mr Greenburyqualified as a Solicitor in 1989. The Group is pleased to advise that Mr Peter Woodford will be continuing in therole of Interim Chief Executive Officer until at least 30 June 2006.
