DIRECTOR RESIGNATION AT GREENCORE GROUP PLC ("GREENCORE")
The board of directors of Greencore announces that Gerald Corbett has decided to step down as a non-executive director following the AGM today.
Gerald has been an outstanding contributor to the Board since his appointment in 2004 during a period of significant change in our markets, our portfolio and our leadership team. The Board would like to thank Gerald sincerely for his valued input, challenge, vision, business expertise, wise counsel and pragmatism which have contributed greatly to the development of the Group during that six year period. Gerald is enormously busy with an ever increasing set of business and community initiatives and we wish him well with his current and new endeavours.
