Gloo Networks announces that William "Bill" Davis will resign as a member of the Board with effect from the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting on 21 September to take up a career opportunity based closer to his family.

Mr Davis will continue to work with the Company until 30 September 2017.

The Board would like to thank Mr Davis for his contributions to the Company and wishes him the very best for the future. The Company will seek to appoint a new chief financial officer in due course, taking into account the transaction opportunities it is considering. In the meantime it will use external financial reporting support where required.

As a consequence of Mr Davis' resignation, resolution 3 regarding his re-election to the Board will not be tabled at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
