BCB HOLDINGS LIMITED ANNOUNCES DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Belize City, Belize, July 28, 2015 - BCB Holdings Limited (London - AIM: BCB; Bermuda - BBHL) (the "Company") announces that Mr. Philip Priestley has decided to retire as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.
