DIRECTORATE CHANGES

As announced on 29th January 2013, Katherine Innes Ker, an independent non-executive director, and David Garman, the Senior Independent Director, retired from the Board of St. Modwen today at the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting.

John Salmon, who joined the Board in 2005 and is chairman of the Audit Committee, has assumed the role of Senior Independent Director on an interim basis. The process to identify a permanent successor for the role is underway and an announcement will be made in due course.
