betinternet.com PLC30 November 2005 BETINTERNET.COM PLC ("the company" or "betinternet") Announcement of Board Change Garry Knowles appointed Managing Director The board of betinternet, the global on-line gaming group, who earlier todayannounced that Paul Doona, its Managing Director, was to stand down from theboard at the conclusion of the annual general meeting on 22 December, 2005 ispleased to announce the appointment of Garry Richard Knowles as managingdirector with effect from that date. Garry, who is 39, was appointed to the board in June as sportsbook director,having joined the company in November 2003 as head of trading operations. He waspreviously customer relations director for international casino group MGM Mirageand prior to that worked at bookmakers William Hill for 15 years. Chairman Denham Eke said, "I am delighted that Garry has accepted the board'sinvitation to lead the group during what we anticipate will be a period ofexciting development as we introduce a new platform and prepare to accept wagersfrom US customers. Garry has been instrumental in piloting the group throughwhat has been a difficult transition period.
