The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of David John Marks, aged 56, as Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.
Mr Marks, has been working with the Group for over 25 years and is currently Managing Director of Feedback Instruments Ltd. During this period he has held a number of senior management appointments.
In addition he is also a director of Feedback Data Ltd, Feedback gmbh, Feedback Inc and Source Computers Ltd.
Save as disclosed above, there are no further details required to be disclosed pursuant to schedule 2(g) of the AIM rules.
