DIRECTORATE CHANGE

St. Modwen Properties PLC, UK's leading regeneration specialist, announces that Mr. Tim Haywood, the Group Finance Director, is to leave the Group on or before 30th November 2010, in order to take up the position of Group Finance Director at Interserve PLC.

The search for his replacement is well advanced and an announcement will be made in due course.

Bill Oliver, Chief Executive of St. Modwen, said, " I would like to thank Tim for all his work over the last seven years , and in particular in helping us refinance the business last year which has placed St Modwen in a strong position for the next cycle. We wish him well in his future career. "

St. Modwen will be publishing an Interim Management Statement on 30th September.
