For immediate release25 February 2005 BOARD CHANGE GRAHAM MACKAY APPOINTED NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Reckitt Benckiser plc (RB.L) today announced the appointment of Graham Mackayas an independent non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.Graham Mackay BSc (Eng), BCom is Chief Executive of SABMiller plc. Mr Mackayjoined The South African Breweries Ltd in 1978 and has held a number of seniorpositions in the group, including executive chairman of the beer business inSouth Africa and then group managing director. He became chief executive of thegroup in March 1999 on its re-listing as South African Breweries plc on theLondon Stock Exchange.
