SThree plc20 December 2007 SThree plc ("SThree" or "the Group") Board Change SThree, the international specialist staffing business, announces that MichaelNelson, Chief Financial Officer, is stepping down from the Board with effectfrom ( 20 ) December 2007. Sir Anthony Cleaver, Chairman, said: "Michael joined the Board prior to the IPOin 2005, and has played an important role in helping steer SThree to asuccessful debut on the public markets and establishing the necessaryinfrastructure to support the Group's continued rapid growth. Having completedthis task, he now wishes to move on to a new challenge. He leaves with ourthanks and best wishes for the future." SThree is in the process of appointing a successor and will update shareholderson progress in due course.
