Confirmation of Change of Chairman

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, Galliford Try plc is pleased to confirm that Ian Coull has today succeeded David Calverley as Chairman, who retired from the Board on 30 June 2011.

Ian Coull has further been appointed as a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committees with immediate effect.
