Confirmation of Chairman
London - The Board of Directors of Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation PLC ('ENRC' or, together with its subsidiaries, the 'Group') confirms Mr Gerhard Ammann today as Chairman of the Group. This follows a formal approval process undertaken by the Board during which time Mr Ammann was acting Chairman of the Group.
The executive responsibilities for corporate functions previously associated with the role of Chairman will be assumed by ENRC's Chief Executive Officer, Mr Felix Vulis. These functions includeFinance, Risk, Human Resources, Legal & Compliance, and Investor Relations.
