UMECO PLC05 June 2007 5 June 2007 UMECO PLC Board Changes Umeco plc ('Umeco'), an international provider of supply chain and repair &overhaul services and advanced composite materials primarily to the aerospace &defence and automotive industries, is pleased to announce the appointment ofChris Hole as a Non-Executive Director. From 1998 to December 2006 Mr Hole, aged 60, worked at Rolls-Royce plc,initially as Aerospace Procurement Director before becoming Group ProcurementDirector and joining the Group Executive. He previously held senior purchasingand supply chain management positions within the Ford Motor Company in the UK,USA and Germany. Brian McGowan, Chairman of Umeco, said: "I am delighted to welcome Chris to the Board of Umeco. He brings with him anintricate understanding of the exacting standards demanded by our supply chaincustomers in particular. His knowledge and experience of the aerospacemanufacturing sector will be a great asset to the Board." Umeco also announces that Michael Harper, a Non-Executive Director, is to standdown from the Board due to his other business commitments.
