Sigma, the private rented sector ("PRS"), residential development and urban regeneration specialist, announces that after eight years with the business, Graeme Hogg, Chief Operating Officer, is stepping down from the Board and the Company, with effect from today.
Graeme has been a valuable member of the team at Sigma and leaves with the Board's best wishes. He joined the Company in 2011 following the acquisition of Inpartnership Limited, a business that he co-founded, and a year later was appointed to Sigma's Board of Directors. The Board has no plans to change the composition of the Board following Graeme's departure, and his role will be absorbed by the existing management team.
Graham Barnet, CEO of Sigma, commented:
