Anchor Hanover Group (the Issuer) £450,000,000 2 per cent Secured Sustainability Bonds due 2051 (ISIN XS2349738190).

The Issuer announces that, after three years as Chief Executive Officer of the Issuer, Sarah Jones has decided to step down and has left the business. The Board would like to record its thanks to Sarah for her hard work and commitment as Chief Executive Officer in what have been difficult times for the housing and care sectors, as well as her contribution as Chief Financial Officer for the previous six years. We wish her well for the future.

The Board has appointed Amanda Holgate, the current Chief Financial Officer of the Issuer, as interim Chief Executive Officer, while a formal search for a permanent replacement Chief Executive Officer is undertaken.
