BBA AVIATION ANNOUNCES CHANGES TO NON-EXECUTIVES

BBA Aviation today announces the appointment of a new Non-Executive Director to its Board. Wayne Edmunds, who is Chief Executive of Invensys plc, will join the BBA Aviation Board with effect from 7 August 2013 and will sit on the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees. From 30 September Hansel Tookes will step down from the Board in order to focus on his increasing personal and business commitments in the US.

Mr Edmunds joined Invensys as CFO of Invensys Process Systems in 2008. He was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Invensys plc in June 2009 and became Chief Executive in March 2011. He joined Invensys from Reuters America, Inc. having previously held senior financial roles in the technology sector, including 17 years at Lucent Technologies, Inc..

His extensive commercial experience, particularly in the US markets, together with his global perspective will enable him to bring valuable skills and insights to the Board of BBA Aviation."

Mr Edmunds is a director of Invensys plc. There are no other details to be disclosed under paragraph 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules.
