CODASciSys PLC10 January 2006 CODASciSys plc BOARD APPOINTMENT CODASciSys plc ("CODASciSys", stock code: CSY), the IT software and servicesprovider, has today announced the appointment of Mark Hampson as a main BoardDirector with specific responsibility for the SciSys Division. Mark, aged 42, has considerable experience in all the main markets in which theSciSys Division operates: Space, Defence and Public Sector. He joined theCODASciSys Group in 1997, was appointed Operations Director of SciSys Limited inJanuary 2003, and became its CEO in April 2005. The appointment will ensure direct board representation for both major operatingdivisions.
