Domino's Pizza Group plc ("Domino's" or the "Company") today announces that Sean Wilkins, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director, has resigned from the Company and will step down with immediate effect. The Board has begun the process to find a new Chief Financial Officer and will update the market in due course.

Trading has continued to be positive in the final quarter of the financial year and the Board expects profit before tax for the year to be in line with, or marginally ahead of, consensus forecasts. As planned, the Company will report its preliminary results for the year to 28 December 2014 on 26 February 2015.

Stephen Hemsley, Chairman of Domino's Pizza Group, commented:
