Mr Woolf, aged 62, is Founder, Chairman and CEO of Navegante Group in Las Vegas,Nevada and Director of Navegante CA., Inc. Navegante is one of the world'sleading gaming and casino consultants and operators, and is fully licensed bythe Nevada Gaming Commission. Mr Woolf is Chief Executive of Amazing HoldingsPlc ("Amazing") (AIM::AMZ). Amazing is a property development group involved inthe establishment of a Casino hotel resort in the Pescadores, Taiwan. Mr Woolfis a non-executive director of Cyberview Technology, Inc., which is a worldleader in downloadable server-based distributed gaming systems. Mr Woolf is alsoa managing member of a number of Navegante related companies including Nav StripLLC, Nav Elko LLC, Nav-Reno-GS LLC, Navegante Gaming/Play LV LLC and CarsonGaming LLC. "Larry Woolf has extensive experience in leisure resort developments, includinghotels.
