Directorate Change
The Board of Oxeco Plc (AIM: OXE), the company specialising in the development and growth of trading businesses within the technology and science sectors, announces that David Norwood, Non Executive Director, will step down from the Board with effect from 31st December 2008. At the same time, David will be giving up all of his business interests, including stepping down at the other quoted companies of which he is currently a director, to pursue a career outside the business sector.
